Our restaurant was founded in 2023 by a native New Orleanian with a rich Cuban heritage and over three decades in the hospitality industry. Cubaneaux offers a unique eclectic blend of Cuban and Creole cuisine. Guests can look forward to experiencing traditional dishes with a fresh, modern twist. Some dishes that customers may expect to find on the menu include Cuban sandwiches, lechon asado, arroz Amarillo con pollo, croquetas de jamon and classic New Orleans dishes such as po' boys, jambalaya, étouffée and gumbo.
