Our Story

At Cubaneaux, we are passionate about sharing the flavors from both cultures and traditions of Cuban and Creole Cuisine with our community. Our restaurant was founded in 2023 by a native New Orleanian with a rich Cuban heritage and over three decades in the hospitality industry. Cubaneaux offers a unique eclectic blend of Cuban and Creole cuisine. Guests can look forward to experiencing traditional dishes with a fresh, modern twist. Some dishes that customers may expect to find on the menu include Cuban sandwiches, lechon asado, arroz Amarillo con pollo, croquetas de jamon and classic New Orleans dishes such as po' boys, jambalaya, étouffée and gumbo. The infusion of flavors from both cultures is sure to provide a delightful and delicious culinary experience.
